Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

Dr. Kasiyan decided to become a dentist because this profession gives him the freedom to create meaningful connections to his patients. He enjoys working with his hands because it allows him to educate patients and provide quality dental care to all in need.

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

Dr. Kasiyan completed his doctorate at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He also completed a one-year GPR program at Jesse Brown VA Hospital in Chicago. There, he received extensive training on treating medically compromised patients with complex restorative needs. Areas that interest him the most are Fixed and Removal Prosthodontics, Oral Surgery and Implant dentistry. He is a current member of the following dental organizations:

American Dental Association
Academy of General Dentistry
Chicago Dental Society

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

When he isn’t busy at work, Dr. Kasiyan spends his free time traveling, cooking and exploring new hobbies. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking and camping.
