Your First Visit
Once you have been checked in by our team, you’ll be escorted to your treatment room where an assistant will take a few X-rays and scans of your mouth. You’ll then get to meet your dentist, who will spend a few minutes chatting with you before asking if you have any pressing concerns. They’ll then perform an oral exam and consult the images from earlier. Afterward, they’ll discuss their observations with you, go over any treatments you might need, and answer any questions you might have.

Our Insurance & Financing Coordinator, Marta, will be happy to answer any questions you might have about your coverage, and she can even file your claims for you. She’ll make sure you’re maximizing your benefits at every visit and always know what you’re expected to pay out of pocket.
